The Cardinia Family Violence Network holds quarterly meeting at the Pakenham Police Station. CFVN is active with The Clothesline Project and White Ribbon Day. Each meeting of the Network hears current statistics from Police call outs, explores local services, discusses government strategies as well as keeping up to date with agencies and private practitioners in the area providing service to families dealing with domestic violence. The Clothesline Project is run annually, prior to White Ribbon Day, to promote awareness of Family Violence and provide opportunity for people to voice their stance against family violence and for respectful relationships.
